- Develop and implement strategic plans for the IT operations and unified communications departments, aligned with overall company objectives and goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning and prompt resolution of any technical issues.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to optimize business processes and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs and requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.

Strong Knowledge Of It Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of It Operations And Be Able To Oversee And Manage All Aspects Of The Company's It Infrastructure.
Experience In Unified Communications: The Director Must Have Experience In Implementing And Managing Unified Communications Systems, Such As Voip, Video Conferencing, And Team Collaboration Tools, To Facilitate Seamless Communication Within The Organization.
Project Management Skills: As A Director, It Operations & Unified Communications, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Effectively Plan, Execute And Deliver It Projects Within The Set Timelines And Budget.
Leadership And Team Management: The Role Requires Someone With Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of It Professionals, Including Network Engineers, System Administrators, And Support Staff, To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of The It Operations And Unified Communications.
Strategic Thinker: The Director Must Have A Strategic Mindset To Develop And Implement Long-Term Plans For It Operations And Unified Communications, In Line With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.
