  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  2. Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  3. Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of construction activities.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in construction projects.
  7. Foster a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols throughout all construction activities.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance to project teams.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to support project execution.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and performance.
  12. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential construction projects and develop proposals.
  13. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in construction management.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Construction Professionals, Including Project Managers, Engineers, And Contractors, To Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.

  • Technical Knowledge: Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Methods, Materials, And Equipment Used In Telecommunications Infrastructure And The Ability To Apply This Knowledge To Ensure Quality And Cost-Effective Construction Projects.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Vendors, And Regulatory Authorities.

  • Project Management Expertise: Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Construction Projects, While Managing Multiple Priorities And Deadlines. Pmp Certification Is Preferred.
