- Develop and implement strategic plans for construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in construction projects.
- Foster a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols throughout all construction activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance to project teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to support project execution.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential construction projects and develop proposals.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in construction management.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Proven Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.
Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Construction Professionals, Including Project Managers, Engineers, And Contractors, To Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.
Technical Knowledge: Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Methods, Materials, And Equipment Used In Telecommunications Infrastructure And The Ability To Apply This Knowledge To Ensure Quality And Cost-Effective Construction Projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Vendors, And Regulatory Authorities.
Project Management Expertise: Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Construction Projects, While Managing Multiple Priorities And Deadlines. Pmp Certification Is Preferred.
