4. Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote company news and initiatives.

6. Lead efforts to measure and track the impact of communications, using data to inform future strategies.
7. Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the company, including training programs and events.
8. Partner with HR to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience.
9. Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing Comcast at events and in media interviews.
10. Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to drive impact and support inclusive initiatives.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in communications, diversity, and inclusion.
12. Manage a team of communication professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of strategies.
13. Communicate key company updates and initiatives to employees, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels.
14. Act as a liaison between company leadership and external stakeholders, providing updates and insights on communication efforts and impact initiatives.
15. Proactively identify and address potential communication challenges or issues, developing strategies to mitigate any negative impacts.
16. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and diversity among team members.
