  • Provide technical expertise and support for FreeWheel's ad management and monetization solutions to clients in the television industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of industry best practices
  • Proactively identify potential technical problems and work with clients to prevent and resolve them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance FreeWheel's products
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients on FreeWheel's products and services
  • Effectively communicate technical information and updates to clients, both verbally and in written form
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities to meet client needs
  • Participate in regular client meetings and provide product demonstrations and training when necessary
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and efficient communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Customer Support Or Solutions Engineering Role.

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Sql, And Python.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Digital Advertising Technology, Including Ad Servers, Demand-Side Platforms, And Programmatic Buying.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
