Review every assigned request for space and every scheduled move for appropriateness and compliance with campus plan. Maintain accuracy of IWMS database for space inventory, utilization, and occupancy. Track and report on projected vs actual occupancy within business units. Identify alternative space solutions and recommendations to meet business units requested needs and maximize the utilization of space. Analyze, monitor and report actual and projected capacity and occupancy. Identify areas of compression and opportunities for better real estate utilization. Develop preliminary program requirements by department. Assist in developing site specific planning strategies. Update and manage asset management workflow. Participate in departmental space request meetings. Create routine occupancy and space reports. Attend project/vendor meetings when necessary.
