
Application Support Specialist
At Comcast, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting related to our applications. In this role, you’ll help diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, while ensuring that our customers are supported in an efficient and professional manner.To excel in this role, you’ll need strong technical trouble-shooting skills and a deep understanding of the applications and systems that you’ll be supporting.
