5. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Xfinity products and services.
6. Keep up-to-date on all current promotions, products, and services offered by Comcast.
7. Collaborate with team members and store management to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
8. Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales targets.
9. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and product knowledge.
10. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ products and services.
14. Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner at all times.
15. Other duties as assigned by management.
