- Manage all aspects of video production projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all video content meets the company's high quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ideas for video content.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production.
- Oversee the scheduling and booking of production equipment, locations, and talent.
- Manage all project-related paperwork, including contracts, releases, and budgets.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and track budget allocations.
- Assist in the editing and post-production process, as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts for services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Video Production Coordination Or Related Role
Proficiency In Video Editing Software, Such As Adobe Premiere Or Final Cut Pro
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities, With The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.
