- Facilitate the procurement of necessary resources, such as equipment, locations, and talent, for video shoots.
- Manage all logistics and details for video shoots, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and on-set coordination.
- Oversee the post-production process, including reviewing footage, providing feedback to editors, and ensuring timely delivery of final videos.
- Maintain organized project files, documents, and records to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to project information.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or delays to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and communications, to ensure video projects align with overall company strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality videos.
- Assist in the development of creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Act as a point of contact for all video-related inquiries and provide timely and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Coordinating Role.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Proficient In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Or Final Cut Pro.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities To Work With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
