  • Coordinate all aspects of video production, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of videos.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and negotiating rates with vendors and freelancers.
  • Oversee the creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company vision.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all video production inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are available for production shoots.
  • Coordinate and attend pre-production meetings, location scouting, and casting sessions.
  • Handle all necessary permits, releases, and other legal documents for production shoots.
  • Manage post-production process, including editing, sound mixing, and color correction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in video production, bringing new ideas and techniques to the team.
  • Monitor and maintain video production equipment, identifying any necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting and mentoring team members as needed.
  • Ensure all videos meet technical requirements and are optimized for various platforms and devices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, seeking out opportunities for efficiency and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Film Production, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Video Production Coordination Or Project Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Video Production Processes, Equipment, And Software.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
