  1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video production projects that align with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Organize and manage all aspects of video production including pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
  3. Assist in the creation and implementation of production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with various teams and departments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  5. Source and manage equipment, props, and other resources needed for production.
  6. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to bring new and innovative ideas to the production process.
  7. Oversee the casting process and work closely with talent to ensure a successful production.
  8. Edit and review footage to ensure high-quality content.
  9. Manage and maintain production databases and files.
  10. Ensure all projects meet brand and quality standards.
  11. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production.
  12. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline production processes.
  14. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new and creative concepts for video content.
  15. Provide support and assistance to the production team as needed.
  16. Stay organized and maintain accurate records and documentation for all production projects.
  17. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during production.
  18. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for video production.
  19. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  20. Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge related to video production.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Film, Video Production, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Coordinator Or Similar Role.

  • Proficient In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Or Avid.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
