- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production to continually improve processes and deliver high-quality content.
- Train and mentor junior team members and freelancers to ensure a cohesive and efficient production team.
- Assist with budget management, ensuring projects stay within budget and identifying areas for cost savings.

Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field
Proficiency In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro Or Final Cut Pro
2-3 Years Of Experience In Video Production Or Broadcasting Industry
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, Including Working With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
