- Coordinate and manage all aspects of video production projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for video content.
- Work closely with video producers, directors, and editors to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all video production inquiries and requests.
- Source and manage external vendors and contractors for video shoots and post-production services.
- Ensure all necessary resources, equipment, and locations are secured for each project.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the development of video concepts.
- Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in video production.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the video production process.
- Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding branding and messaging in all video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to repurpose video content for various platforms and channels.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Corporate Or Broadcast Setting.
Proficiency In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Or Avid Media Composer.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Multitask And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
