  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
  2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  3. Create user-centered designs that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
  4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital platforms.
  5. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing.

  7. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  8. Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and team members.
  9. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  10. Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.
  11. Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  12. Maintain and update design documentation and style guides.
  13. Contribute to the evolution of design processes and tools within the organization.
  14. Stay organized and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our digital platforms to enhance the user experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Ux/Ui Design, Graphic Design, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Proficiency In User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, And User Testing

  • Strong Knowledge Of Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision
