- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand project requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Use industry best practices and stay updated on emerging trends to continuously improve and enhance the user experience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design iterations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Experience Conducting User Research And Testing.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Computer Science.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
3+ Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Product Managers, Developers, And Other Team Members.
