- Design and develop user interface elements, including but not limited to wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly product.
- Continuously push the boundaries of innovation and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and seamless experiences for customers.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale and decisions.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet design standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Comcast's brand and design guidelines, and ensure they are reflected in all design work.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Stay organized and maintain a clean and organized file structure to easily share designs with team members.
- Seek out and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve design skills and processes.
- Act as a champion for user experience and design excellence within the organization.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to bring new ideas and techniques to the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Technology Setting.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Sketch.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Experience Conducting User Research And Testing.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present And Defend Design Decisions To Stakeholders.
