
Training and Development Manager

- Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hire orientation, job-specific training, and leadership development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and other methods.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative training techniques to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure successful completion of training programs.
- Work closely with HR and management to identify and address performance gaps through targeted training.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and coach other trainers and facilitators to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage the training budget and provide regular reports to management on training initiatives and their impact.
- Act as a role model and advocate for a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Including Needs Assessment, Content Creation, And Evaluation Of Effectiveness.
