
Training and Development Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized learning plans for their teams.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in person and virtually, to ensure maximum participation and understanding.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment methods and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve the learning experience for employees.
- Manage the training budget and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery of training programs.
- Utilize various training methods, such as e-learning, workshops, and job shadowing, to cater to different learning styles.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and management to design career development plans for employees and provide coaching and resources for their professional growth.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources, such as handouts, presentations, and online learning modules.
- Communicate and reinforce the company's values, policies, and procedures through training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities and report on progress to management.
- Keep track of emerging training technologies and tools and make recommendations for their use in the training program.
- Foster a positive learning culture within the organization and promote a continuous learning mindset among employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Effective Training Programs, Including Evaluation And Measurement Of Success.
