
Training and Development Manager

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop appropriate training strategies.
- Develop and implement training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job training, to deliver effective training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance training programs.
- Manage and maintain training records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Lead a team of trainers and ensure their development and performance align with company standards.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with HR to identify and implement career development opportunities for employees.
- Develop and manage the training budget to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Communicate regularly with employees to promote training programs and gather feedback for improvement.
- Represent the company in external training events and conferences.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
