- Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine training gaps and create effective solutions.
- Implement and deliver training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
- Create and manage a budget for training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and track the progress of employees who have completed training programs and provide feedback to managers.
- Build strong relationships with employees to understand their career goals and create personalized development plans.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage a team of trainers and training coordinators to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Collaborate with human resources to integrate training and development initiatives into performance management processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for employees and trainers.
- Handle any administrative tasks related to training and development, such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining records.
- Represent Comcast in external training and development events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Techniques.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Virtual Training.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
