- Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement, providing targeted training solutions.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
- Communicate training initiatives and updates to all employees.
- Manage training budget and track expenses.
- Oversee and mentor a team of trainers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees.
- Utilize various training methods, such as e-learning, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Trainers And Instructional Designers.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
