
Training and Development Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization and create training plans to address these gaps.
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to design and deliver effective training materials and courses.
- Ensure that all training programs are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve results.
- Manage the training budget and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery of programs.
- Coach and mentor employees to support their professional development and career growth.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance the company's learning and development efforts.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters employee engagement and promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate training and development initiatives into performance management and succession planning processes.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the company's core values, promoting a culture of learning, growth, and development.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Trainers And Facilitators.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Executives.
Knowledge Of Learning And Development Best Practices, As Well As Experience Designing And Implementing Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.
