As the Training and Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees to drive their professional growth and contribute to the success of our company. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all employees, including new hires and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  2. Create and maintain training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and online modules, that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.
  3. Analyze current training needs and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for new training initiatives and strategies.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and adult learning principles to engage learners and promote retention of information.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback from employees and managers.
  7. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to deliver training content, incorporating new technologies and methods as appropriate.
  8. Train and coach other trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of trainers, setting goals and expectations and providing ongoing support and feedback.
  10. Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities and employee progress.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential barriers to successful learning and development.
  15. Embody and promote Comcast's values and culture through all training initiatives and interactions with employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Training And Development Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Trainers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Training Methodologies, Instructional Design, And Learning Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Deliver Engaging And Effective Training Programs To A Diverse Audience.
