  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all employees, including new hires and existing staff.
  2. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support the training programs.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  5. Work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans to address them.
  6. Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver specialized training programs as needed.
  7. Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback and coaching to ensure successful development.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in training and development to incorporate best practices into the organization's training programs.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  10. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including developing and delivering orientation programs.
  11. Support the company's performance management process by providing training on performance management and coaching managers on effective performance feedback techniques.
  12. Communicate regularly with employees and managers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues related to training and development.
  13. Continuously strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment for employees.
  14. Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  15. Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Deliver Training Programs To Diverse Audiences.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Tools.
