  7. Manage training budget: Manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of current industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve programs.
  9. Lead a team: Manage and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with department leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and align training programs accordingly.
  11. Collaborate with external resources: Partner with external resources, such as consultants or vendors, to develop and deliver specialized training programs as needed.
  12. Foster a culture of learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take advantage of available training opportunities.
  13. Ensure compliance: Ensure training programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methods.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Employees At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs That Align With Company Goals And Objectives.
