
Training and Development Manager

- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including new hire training, ongoing development, and leadership training.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized training plans to address specific areas of improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and success.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, such as in-person workshops, online courses, and on-the-job training, to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into our training programs.
- Manage a team of trainers and facilitators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their success in delivering high-quality training.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages employees to actively participate and develop new skills.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support the delivery of training programs.
- Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to ensure alignment between training programs and company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track employee performance and progress after training, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Techniques.
Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Virtual Training.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
