  1. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives that align with Comcast's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized solutions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Stay informed of industry best practices and latest trends in training and development to ensure Comcast's training program remains competitive.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support training programs.
  8. Partner with HR to identify and address employee development needs and provide coaching and feedback to support career growth.
  9. Monitor and track training metrics to measure the impact and ROI of training initiatives.
  10. Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on training and development opportunities.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to training and development.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate the training program to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  15. Represent Comcast at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends in training and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Facilitate Training Sessions.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As Creating And Implementing Training Programs And Initiatives To Drive Employee Development And Organizational Growth.
