- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the company's talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process and make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and documentation.
- Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruiting
Strong Knowledge Of Full-Cycle Recruiting Processes, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, And Offer Management
Experience Using Various Recruiting Tools And Technologies, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems And Social Media Platforms
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers
