- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidate interactions and hiring processes.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continually improve the talent acquisition process.
- Represent Comcast at job fairs, college recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Comcast's culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with other members of the talent acquisition team to continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by actively seeking out and attracting diverse candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals are met.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Industry Trends
Experience Using Recruitment Software And Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats)
