  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles within the organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough and efficient screening processes, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our values and culture to candidates and building a positive employer brand.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with those needs.
  6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve and innovate our recruitment processes.
  8. Negotiate and present competitive job offers to selected candidates.
  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
  10. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment efforts.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to assist with hard-to-fill positions.
  12. Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
  13. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to onboard and integrate new hires into the organization smoothly.
  14. Adhere to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and diversity and inclusion initiatives while performing recruitment activities.
  15. Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A High-Volume Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Best Practices And Experience Utilizing Various Sourcing Techniques, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Networking.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology Tools To Manage The Recruitment Process.
