  1. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent to Comcast.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job postings, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  4. Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to make recommendations for hire.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and professional organizations to establish a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  6. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
  8. Create and manage job postings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and reach.
  9. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to negotiate and finalize job offers.
  11. Represent Comcast at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract top talent.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  14. Continuously promote and uphold Comcast's culture, values, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  15. Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Full-Cycle Recruiting And Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
