- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, as well as internal stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and promote the company as an employer of choice
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure a thorough understanding of position requirements and qualifications
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track and manage candidate pipelines and monitor the success of recruitment efforts
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and culture to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Evaluation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Tools.
