- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Conduct thorough and targeted searches to identify potential candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast, effectively communicating the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and techniques to build a diverse candidate pool and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective onboarding and retention strategies for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the talent acquisition process at Comcast.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing Techniques, Candidate Assessment, And Diversity And Inclusion.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Technology Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And External Stakeholders.
