  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Review resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
  5. Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends and competitors to effectively position the organization as an employer of choice.
  6. Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote the organization and engage with potential candidates.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  8. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  9. Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
  10. Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the talent acquisition process to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
  14. Stay up-to-date on recruitment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all hiring practices.
  15. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or High-Volume Recruiting Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Sourcing Strategies, Candidate Assessment, And Employment Laws.

  • Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Technology Tools.
