- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and providing timely updates to candidates.
- Create job postings and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions.
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct background and reference checks for potential hires.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the company's recruitment efforts.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data and metrics to track recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote its mission, values, and culture to potential candidates.
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruiting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
