- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace by actively seeking out and engaging with diverse candidates.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Comcast and promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Labor Laws And Regulations.
