- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various departments and locations within the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and strategic candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their specific talent needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast, promoting our company culture and values to attract top talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and institutions to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Continuously assess and improve the organization's talent acquisition processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Sourcing Strategies, Candidate Assessment, And Employment Laws.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
