- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Practices, Including Sourcing Strategies And Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Handle Multiple Recruitment Processes Simultaneously.
