- Represent Comcast: Serve as an ambassador for Comcast and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Environment
Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Trends And Best Practices, Including Experience With Various Sourcing Techniques
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Job Openings And Candidates Simultaneously
