- Proactively identify and address any potential recruitment challenges or roadblocks to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively sourcing and attracting diverse candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or High-Volume Recruiting Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Recruitment Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Technology Tools.
