- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify top talent in the industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, networking events, and universities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms and ensure they accurately reflect the requirements and culture of the company.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Proactively identify and address any recruitment challenges or issues that may arise.
- Uphold the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting And Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Experience With Social Media And Job Boards.
Proficient In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Hiring Decisions.
