Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
