- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and techniques to attract top talent for the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the recruitment process from offer stage to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and the status of open positions to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization and maintain a positive company image to attract top talent.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.
