- Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles accordingly.
- Identify and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the company's talent acquisition processes to attract top talent and support our growth goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A High-Volume, Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Recruiting Trends And Best Practices.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software Tools.
