- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition And Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Experience Using Data And Analytics To Drive Recruitment Decisions.
