  2. Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including written and visual content.
  4. Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure the company's social media presence remains cutting-edge and relevant.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media messaging and campaigns are consistent with overall marketing efforts.
  6. Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics to optimize and improve results.
  7. Engage with customers and respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Utilize social media analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Stay informed about competitor's social media strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and trends to identify new opportunities for the company's social media presence.
  11. Train and educate team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
  12. Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  13. Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media channels.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner on social media at all times.
  15. Stay informed about any changes or updates to social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  16. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  17. Actively seek out and engage with social media influencers and develop partnerships to expand the company's reach.
  18. Collaborate with customer service teams to address any social media-related customer issues.
  19. Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures when managing social media channels.
  20. Continuously look for ways to innovate and improve the company's social media presence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms, Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, And Linkedin.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategic Decisions.
