We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team at Comcast. In this role, you will have the opportunity to strategically manage our social media presence and engage with our audience in a meaningful way.   1. Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
  4. Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with best practices to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
  5. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, representing the company's voice and values.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  7. Utilize social media analytics to track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Identify and engage with influencers and other relevant social media accounts to expand our reach and engagement.
  9. Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management on social media platforms.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities on social media to inform strategy and tactics.
  11. Collaborate with customer service team to address any social media-related customer inquiries or issues.
  12. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and tools, and make recommendations for their use in our social media strategy.
  13. Train and educate team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
  14. Act as a brand advocate and maintain a strong understanding of the company's values, mission, and messaging.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve social media processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Use Insights To Inform Social Media Strategy.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
