  1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all social media channels.
  5. Manage and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  6. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and reach.
  9. Use social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics and insights.
  10. Monitor and report on competitor social media activity and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with the PR team to handle crisis communication and manage any negative feedback on social media.
  12. Train and educate team members on social media best practices and strategies.
  13. Keep abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  14. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  15. Identify and implement new and innovative ways to grow and engage our social media audience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications Or Relevant Field.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Social Media Accounts For A Large Company Or Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices, Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Etc.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Create Engaging Content.

  • Experience With Social Media Analytics And Reporting To Track And Measure The Success Of Social Media Campaigns.
