- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business goals of Comcast.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitors to continuously improve and evolve our social media presence.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track and measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media algorithms and trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and partners to expand our reach and increase brand awareness.
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to leverage social media for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated into overall marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry news and developments to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our social media strategy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling content for social media.
- Manage the social media budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay current with emerging social media platforms and technologies to identify potential opportunities for Comcast.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Managing Social Media Accounts For A Large Company Or Brand.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices.
