  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Comcast to achieve brand awareness and engagement goals.
  2. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
  4. Manage and grow Comcast's social media presence by building relationships with followers and engaging in conversations with customers and industry influencers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media messaging with overall marketing and brand strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and proactively incorporate them into strategies and content.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
  9. Work with external agencies or partners to coordinate influencer partnerships and sponsored content.
  10. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all social media platforms.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance and insights to key stakeholders.
  12. Stay informed about industry news and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and risks for the brand's social media presence.
  13. Manage social media budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results.
  14. Continuously test and optimize social media strategies to improve performance and ROI.
  15. Train and mentor team members or other employees on social media best practices and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

  • Experience With Creating And Executing Social Media Campaigns And Strategies For A Large Company Or Brand.
